Each hotel with which we partner uses custom, hotel branded slips for guests to fill out. These slips are placed along with their garments in the provided bags and left for collection. Our team stops by every weekday morning to collect the garments. By 5 PM that same day, we return the cleaned and pressed clothes to the hotel, ready for the guests to enjoy.
